Martie Dwyer, executive vice president/director of retail banking for Citizens Bank of Rhode Island and Connecticut, has been appointed director of retail banking for Citizens Bank of Massachusetts. She joined Citizens in 1996 as the Cape Cod regional president in Massachusetts. She received her bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Michigan. She lives in Kingston, Mass.
