Thomas C. Wigand, president of Wigand Associates LLP/Employers Advisory Systems of Middletown, has been named director of The Smaller Business Association of New England’s Rhode Island chapter. Wigand received a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and his master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
