David B. Soforenko has been elected senior vice president/assistant sales manager at Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. He is responsible for management of public accounts and market/product development. He holds the professional insurance designation of certified insurance counselor. Soforenko serves on the board of directors at the Jewish Foundation of Rhode Island. He and his family live in Lincoln.
