Mary Lynn D. Lenz, Slade’s Ferry Bank president and CEO, has been named one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking by US Banker, a national publication. Lenz, who has more than 30 years of experience in banking, was selected from a field that exceeded 5,000 candidates whose credentials were submitted for consideration. She was honored at a black-tie ceremony in New York City earlier this month. The annual ranking is published in the October 2004 issue of the magazine.
