Oscar Joaquim has been promoted to senior vice president/director of credit for auto finance at Citizens Bank. He is responsible for all of the credit functions in the auto finance department. Joaquim most recently held the position of assistant vice president/manager of credit in the auto finance department. He joined the bank in 1996. Joaquim is a member of the Chamber Education Foundation in Warwick. He lives in North Dartmouth, Mass.
