The Rhode Island Small Business Advocacy Council unanimously passed a resolution requesting that the governor and the General Assembly fully fund the Slater Fund at $4 million in fiscal year 2005.
The SBAC, a 20-member council chaired by Lieutenant Governor Charles J. Fogarty, includes small business owners, chamber of commerce directors and business advocacy and development organizations.
