Amy Riccitelli has been promoted to vice president/program manager in retail sales and service at Citizens Bank. She joined the bank in 1998, and most recently held the position of assistant vice president/program manager in retail sales for R.I. and Conn. Riccitelli received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her master’s degree from Providence College. She lives in Smithfield.
