Robert Ellis has been named vice president/regional control manager for Citizens Bank‘s consumer finance division. He previously held the position of regional field manager at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Division of Banks in Boston. Ellis earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He lives in Sturbridge, Mass.
