Cynthia Niesel has been named vice president/branch manager for Citizens Bank‘s Darlington branch in Pawtucket. She previously held the position of branch manager at Bank Rhode Island. Niesel is a member of the board of PARI Independent Living. She lives in Westport, Mass.
