Elaine Moy-Gederman has been promoted to director of programming and research for NBC 10. She is responsible for on-air programming, FCC compliance, music licensing, Nielson Media Research analysis and supporting the station’s strategic planning initiatives. Moy-Gederman also coordinates the NBC 10 Six Sigma training program, which uses statistical analysis to increase productivity and efficiencies of processes and products. She has been with NBC 10 since 1988, holding various positions of increasing responsibility. Moy-Gederman earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. She and her family live in Greenville.
