Belinda Taylor has been named associate director at Gateway Healthcare’s
Rhode Island Youth Guidance program. She is responsible for the program’s day-to-day
operations. Taylor has been with the program for eight years. She is a graduate
of Rhode Island College. Taylor and her family live in Pawtucket.
