Frank McQuiggan has been appointed senior vice president for Citizens Bank. As head of the residential mortgage portfolio administration for the bank, McQuiggan manages a day-to-day portfolio of $2 billion that consists of 40,000 residential loan customers. He has been involved in many of the due diligence projects for the 13 Citizens’ acquisitions and conversions. McQuiggan earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island.
