George C. Burwell has joined FirstFed Trust Company as a vice president and investment officer. He will assist with fundamental equity research and portfolio management. Burwell previously analyzed, valued and recommended merger and acquisition candidates for both regulated and non-regulated businesses at Providence Energy Commission. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. Burwell earned a bachelor’s degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and his master’s degree from Yale University. Burwell lives with his family in North Attleboro.
