Patricia M. Dillon has been appointed to vice president and trust officer in the trust and investment services area of The Washington Trust Company. Dillon is responsible for the administration of various trust relationships and will join the estate settlement group. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and is a graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College and the Cannon Trust School. She lives in Warwick.
