Edward Capobianco of North Kingstown has been hired as director of legal affairs/risk for Swarovski North America in Cranston. He had been the senior vice president of legal counsel for Citizens Financial Group. Capobianco received a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and received a juris doctorate from Harvard Law School and holds Bar Admissions in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York.
