Manny Martins of Cumberland has been promoted to vice president of manufacturing for Colonial Mills, Inc. of Pawtucket. He will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s manufacturing operation, including quality control, distribution, scheduling of production, and inventory. After receiving his education in Portugal, Martins earned his Certificate of Management from Organizational Development Services and has a Certificate of Business and Industrial Training from the Community College of Rhode Island.
