Theresa Madonna has been appointed vice president for academic affairs/dean of faculty at Salve Regina University. She is responsible for faculty hiring, evaluation and development, academic budget development and control, and supervision of student life and recruitment programs. Madonna joined Salve Regina in 2001 as dean of graduate studies. She has also been academic director at Sacred Heart University. Madonna holds a juris doctorate from Quinnipiac College and earned a doctorate of management systems at the University of New Haven. She also has master’s degrees in business administration and criminal justice from New Haven, and holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Ohio Dominican College.
