Henry Chango has been hired as a GED teacher at Dorcas Place Adult and Family Learning Center. Henry is in the master’s program for transportation engineering at the University of Rhode Island. He has been an assistant supervisor and senior civil engineer for more than 10 years. In addition to teaching GED classes at Dorcas Place, he teaches Arabic at Rhode Island College. Chango lives in Providence.
