WAKEFIELD – Software developer Boothroyd Dewhurst, Inc., has announced the dates for the 2002 International Forum on Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA). The event will be held June 10-12 at the Hyatt Regency Newport Hotel, in Newport. Conference participants will present papers that examine specific product development programs and the resulting cost reductions and efficiency gains at some of the world’s leading manufacturing companies, including Compaq, GE Plastics, Raytheon and the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, among others.
