Ronald Smith has been promoted to the For Sale Division of Picerne Real Estate Group. A 10-year employee of Picerne, he had been vice president of sales and marketing since 1995. Smith is now responsible for property acquisition and development of all for-sale real estate for Picerne’s Northeast Division. A resident of South Kingstown, Smith is involved in the South Kingstown Waterfront Advisory Commission.
