CCRI also offers 20 telecourses

The Community College of Rhode Island is also offering some 20 telecourses beginning
Sept. 5 on Cox Cable channel 70 and the Statewide Interconnect B. Among the courses
offered are highlights of astronomy, human health and disease, introduction to
business, small business administration, sales, principles of marketing, seminar
on student success, composition I, history of the United States to 1877, child
growth and development skills, law of contracts, college algebra, business math,
introduction to oceanography, introduction to philosophy, general psychology,
developmental psychology, general sociology, and basic spoken Spanish I.
