The Rhode Island Bar Association recently presented its 2001 Dorothy Lohmann Community Service Award to five attorneys. The award honors attorneys who donate their time and skills to charitable organizations in a manner that makes their efforts invaluable to the organization. The type of service rendered may be, and often is, legal, but that is not a requirement.
