The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority has announced The Westin Providence as the recipient of the Balanced Performance Award, an honor designated by the hotel’s management company, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. The award recognizes the hotel’s success in achieving financial goals and exceeding consumer and associate satisfaction.
Performance measures include (but are not limited to): Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI), Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA), Gross Operating Profit (GOP), Associate Satisfaction Index (ASI) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
