Peter H. Gross has been promoted to vice president at Starkweather & Shepley
Insurance Brokerage, Inc. of East Providence. He will be responsible for commercial
insurance production and account management. Gross joined Starkweather & Shepley
in 1979 as account executive and has served as assistant vice president since
1989. He is past president of the Executives Association of Rhode Island and a
board member of Emma Pendleton Bradley Hospital. He earned a bachelor of arts
degree from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio in 1975. He resides in Rumford
with his wife Robin and their three daughters.
