Eric S. Gagner has been appointed CRA/compliance officer and branch manager
at First Bank and Trust Company’s Richmond branch. In addition to serving as
branch manager, he will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of
the bank’s compliance program and the management of all CRA/compliance and community
involvement activities for the bank. Gagner has worked for First Bank and Trust
Company since 1998, most recently serving as sales and service manager for the
bank’s North Kingstown branch where he was responsible for sales growth and
promotional activities. He graduated from Rhode Island College in 1992 with
a bachelor’s degree in management and received his master’s in business management
from Johnson & Wales University. He resides in Greenville with his wife,
Jennifer.
