WOONSOCKET, R.I. — Tytex, Inc., the North American subsidiary of the Denmark-based medical textile manufacturing company Tytex A/S, has expanded its operations into a new building across the street from its Highland Industrial Park location in Woonsocket. The company has moved its finishing, packing and shipping departments to the new space.
Tytex manufactures medical textiles including adult incontinence pants, maternity pants, bandage retentions for woundcare treatment, IV drips and urinary leg bag fixations. It is the recent recipient of a training grant from the U.S. Department of Labor.
