Alan M. Shoer has been appointed shareholder at Adler Pollock and Sheehan. Shoer joined the firm as counsel in 2006 and currently serves as the chair of the energy, telecommunications and regulated-industries practice group. Previously, he served as director of regulatory affairs and assistant general counsel for regional telecommunications companies. Shoer holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School. •
