WARWICK, RI – A.T. Wall Company, a world-class supplier of superior precision tubing and fabricated metal components, announces that it has appointed John C. Flibotte as quality engineering coordinator, responsible for overseeing the company’s industry-leading quality programs.
Mr. Flibotte will be overseeing capability studies for combinations of equipment and materials, and will be responsible for performance of plant-wide calibration systems. He will also oversee metrological equipment and train production personnel in metrological techniques. As lead auditor of the internal audit team, Mr. Flibotte will ensure A.T. Wall’s adherence with quality protocols and customer requirements.
Mr. Flibotte has more than thirty years of manufacturing/assembly and management experience including quality systems, as well as production, machine shop, shipping, personnel, and programming. He is particularly strong in integrating quality management into production methods and standards.
Most recently he was responsible for maintaining a quality system within a 105-person custom metal fabricator serving customers worldwide in the fabrication of medium-to-large scale, heavy-gauge and complex parts, equipment and components. Mr. Flibotte led the effort to ensure the fabrication facility’s compliance with ISO 9001-2008 requirements. Mr. Flibotte was responsible for training, quality system audits, corrective action, and vendor quality performance.
