Tulumaris has “extensive experience” at companies focused on outsourced development and manufacturing of medical devices, BMS said in a news release. He previously worked for the Memry Corp., where he eventually became the president and CEO, and MedSource Technologies.
“Dean has a proven record of strategic leadership success and deep medical device industry experience that will be very beneficial to the future of BMS as we continue to grow,” said Gray.
Tulumaris headed an expansion of production capabilities at Memry, organically and through acquisition, which lead revenue to nearly double in 3 years, BMS said.
