American Heart Association-Southern New England has participated in It Is All About Me, the organization’s diverse package of online wellness programs, since its 2007 founding. Participating employees praise its fun challenges, accessible education, motivation and accountability.

The package offers information about 12 different healthy-living programs and personal health coaching, among other things.
