What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We create activities for our clients every week that staff either lead or may participate in. We also create activities just for staff, including our staff-led Fun Club, in which we do cornhole and hula-hooping, team potluck dinners, marching in the Rhode Island Pride parade and even a little karaoke.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Inclusive, thoughtful, flexible and respectful. We pride ourselves on creating a culture where everyone can bring their true selves to work and feel supported when things get challenging.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We continue to experiment with different program offerings such as our partnership with the Aloft Hotel and use of its gym, in-house massage therapy, meditation and movement.
What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? Diversity, equity and inclusion is core to our hiring process. We strive to have representation across marginalized identities and to have a staff that mirrors the demographics of Providence.
