Cox Business Services partners with OSHEAN

CRANSTON – Cox Business Services through the Ocean State Higher Education, Economic Development and Administrative Network (OSHEAN), will offer its broadband technology to the consortium of major colleges, universities, libraries and hospitals. OSHEAN is a non-profit consortium formed to foster the development of a high-speed communications infrastructure to support research and education in the state. Under a three-year agreement, Cox Business Services’ Data Link Service will enable OSHEAN’s members to connect to their own remote offices or campuses and to the OSHEAN aggregation point via Cox’s fiber optic network.
