We have a peer-recognition program called “Bravo!” where staff members can nominate colleagues to receive e-card awards for their notable contributions.
What is your biggest challenge in creating a great place to work?
We operate on a 24/7 basis … so it can be a challenge to create a workplace environment where all staff members feel engaged and informed at all times.
What do you expect from employees that other companies don’t?
If you see something that can be done better or more efficiently, you’re expected to say so.
