How do you think COVID-19 will change your industry going forward? Material and manpower shortages are a real thing and are causing incredible cost increases and schedule delays. One great thing that came of it was the increased use of virtual meetings. Teams and Zoom meetings brought a new virtual opportunity to those who would have otherwise spent an incredible amount on travel costs.

What is the best advice you have ever received? “Leave work at work; don’t bring it home.” Take the time during your drive home to decompress and leave the worries of the job at work so that when you get home, your loved ones get the best version of you.

What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? I feel that I bring a level of quality that is unmatched. I have high expectations of everyone on the job, including myself, and if that leads them to becoming a better worker because of that push, it’s all worth it.
