Theresa “Terri” Brophy of Warwick, Rhode Island has been hired as the bank’s new Vice President of Human Resources. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, she brings more than 30 years of human resources experience to her new role. Prior to joining Dean Bank, she spent 2 ½ years at Navigant Credit Union and 10 years at Coventry Credit Union, serving in their Human Resources Departments. Terri holds Professional Human Resources certifications both HRCI and SHRM, is a member of the Steering Committee of the RIBLN and serves on the Governor’s Permanent Advisory Commission for Traumatic Brain Injuries.

Michael Carroll of Uxbridge, Massachusetts has been promoted to SVP, Marketing and Communications. Michael has been employed by the bank for the past 5 years and has held a variety positions over that time. He brings 20 years of financial marketing experience to the role, having held senior positions at a number of other area community banks and credit unions. Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of New Hope, Inc.; a domestic violence and sexual assault Agency headquartered in Attleboro, as well as the Milford Area Chamber of Commerce. Michael also serves as a Trustee of the Milford Regional Healthcare Foundation.
