He previously was executive vice president and director of retail mortgage lending for FleetBoston Financial/Bank of America.
He was president and CEO of Fleet Mortgage Inc., Fleet Finance Inc., Home Equity USA and Consumer Life Insurance Co.
He is a graduate of Bryant University.
