Dr. James A. Balukjian has been named dental director of Delta Dental of Rhode Island. He will provide clinical expertise and oversight for the insurer’s programs and serve as the key spokesperson for clinical and dental policy decisions. He will also maintain a private practice. A dental consultant with Delta Dental since 1998, Balukjian graduated from the University of Buffalo School of Dentistry and holds an MBA from Bryant University.
