Holly E. Pettis has been appointed vice president of commercial lending at BankNewport. She will be responsible for developing, building and managing commercial-lending relationships for the bank. Pettis previously served as relationship manager in the commercial-lending department at Navigant Credit Union. She holds a B.S. in finance from Rhode Island College. •
