Founder and CEO Jeffrey Wilhelm said his team spends a lot of time helping companies answer the question of how to perform modern work safely and securely.
“The quickest area of growth for our business is in the innovation sector,” Wilhelm said. “We started playing with [large language models and AI] in 2019, so it’s been a long journey for us.”
Wilhelm said his team, which has the option to work remotely, handled the COVID-19 pandemic by being empathetic and flexible to its customers.
“When a CEO would call me and we would just be able to talk about their challenges and their concerns … those customers stick with you,” he said.
