The company tapped Providence-based BetaXAnalytics to process real-time information to identify and target health care needs and interest throughout the nine-state retail chain.
The move gave the self-insured company flexibility to pivot to meet employees’ changing needs – and simultaneously save 20% in overall health care costs.

Weight management, diabetes education, and pancreatic and breast cancer awareness are some wellness sessions Job Lot offers employees. The company also enlisted health care concierge-service vendor Accolade to assist employees on making various health care choices.
With COVID-19, virtual Wellness Wednesdays were launched to train employees on how to guard their mental health.
