Joseph Kuzenski of Edwards & Angell, LLP was a featured speaker at the Opal Financial Group’s Private Equity Summit in Salt Lake City, Utah. He participated on a panel entitled “Fund Documents from the Investor Viewpoint.” Approximately 150 people attended the Summit, which served as an introduction to those investors who are new to private equity strategies. Kuzenski practices in the area of general corporate law at the firm’s Providence office.
