Laura Calenda has been named senior vice president of communications at Corvias Group. In her new role, she will oversee the marketing communications for all of the company’s divisions. Calenda served as assistant vice president of corporate communications at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island. She holds bachelor’s degrees in journalism and English from Salve Regina University. •
