Lynne Chase has been promoted to senior program administrator of the Safe Transitions team at Quality Partners of Rhode Island. Chase joined Quality Partners in 2008 as a program coordinator for the organization’s CMS Medications Measures Special Study. Chase has also been a supporting member of Quality Partners’ Chronic Kidney Disease team. •
