Margaret M. Watkins, director of accounting policy at Citizens Bank, has been promoted to senior vice president. She oversees accounting policies at the company and its subsidiaries, as well as the finance division’s risk management function. Watkins joined Citizens in 1989 and has also served as manager and vice president of the financial reporting group. She has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
