Mary Lou Lamontagne has been named business development officer for Newport Federal Savings Bank. She will be responsible for establishing and servicing new deposit relationships with business, nonprofit and personal customers. Previously, Lamontagne served as a senior collection manager at BankBoston, at Verizon as an advertising account executive and at AT&T as a small-business account executive. •
