Michael Higgins has been named the new security manager at Kent Hospital. Higgins brings more than 20 years of law enforcement experience to Kent from his career with the Warwick Police Department. Currently, he is a captain leading the department’s prosecution division, representing the city as the department’s liaison to the R.I. attorney general. He has a B.S. from Roger Williams University. •
