PROVO, Utah (Bloomberg) — Novell Inc., whose software runs computer networks,
completed its purchase of Cambridge Technology Partners Inc. for about $206 million
in stock. The acquisition expands Novell’s consulting business as it tries to
revive sales growth after losing market share to Microsoft Corp., the largest
software maker.
