Optical networking company opens lab in Boxboro

BOXBORO — A New Jersey optical networking company, Tellum, Inc., has opened a
20 employees product development and research lab here as what the company described
as a beachhead for further growth in New England. Tellum plans to oversee outsourced
Tellum product manufacturing at the Solectron plant in Westboro, along with developing
contracts and networking with engineers and product developers in the region.
