Orlando J. Bisbano, Jr., president of the Rhode Island Health Care Association, has been appointed to the board of examiners in nursing home administration for a three-year term. The board oversees all nursing home administrator licensing issues. Bisbano is also the administrator of Orchard View Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in East Providence, as well as the chair elect of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA). He received the ACHCA Distinguished Administrator Award for his achievements during his long term care career. Bisbano lives in Bristol.
