Patricia M. Hartford has been named vice president and manager of the cash management division of The Washington Trust Co.
She is responsible for the growth and retention of the bank’s commercial and municipal cash management portfolio.
She joined the bank in 1982 in the operations department, and was most recently assistant vice president of business services.
Hartford has a B.S. from Providence College.
